What you need before your appointment — what to bring and how insurance works here.
Your first visit
Please bring the following to your appointment so we can get you seen efficiently:
- Driver’s license or a valid photo ID
- Insurance information
- Referral letter, if your plan requires one
- Recent reports, X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans, if you have them
- A list of your current medications
Need to reschedule? Please call the office at least one business day before your appointment so we can offer that time to another patient. We do our best to run on schedule, but occasional delays happen when a patient ahead of you needs a little extra time — thank you for your patience.
Insurance
Our practice participates with most major insurance plans. Coverage and referral requirements vary by plan, so we recommend calling our office at (301) 515-0900 before your visit to confirm your specific benefits.
